Kitchen
- Counters cleared and wiped. Every appliance pulled out (toaster, toaster oven, blender), the surface behind it cleaned, then each item wiped down before going back
- Inside the microwave on every visit (not an add-on)
- Inside the sink scrubbed
- Appliance exteriors and backsplash wiped
- Cabinet fronts spot-checked, top surfaces dusted
- Floors mopped, trash emptied
Bathrooms
- Grout scrubbed every visit (not just on deep cleans)
- All tile cleaned and dried
- Toilet top to bottom. Including the sides and behind, with items moved out from beside it and hand-wiped under
- Light fixtures wiped, mirrors streak-free
- Light switches, doors and door frames, baseboards
- Outside of cabinets wiped
- Sink polished, shower scrubbed
Bedrooms
- Beds made (sheets changed if left out for us)
- High dusting including ceiling fans
- Window ledges wiped, windows spot-checked
- All surfaces and items on surfaces wiped (face of dressers, lamps, nightstands)
- Headboards and footboards wiped
- Doors and light switches spot-checked
- Vacuumed as far under the bed as possible. On hard floors, broom and mop reach

- High dust ceiling fans
- Window ledges wiped, windows spot-checked
- All surfaces wiped (TV stand, end tables, lamps)
- TV dusted with a Swiffer
- Leather furniture polished on request
- Hard floors swept and mopped, carpet vacuumed
- Furniture slid when easy to clean underneath
- Pet roller used on furniture in homes with animals
Throughout the Home
- Cobwebs cleared every visit
- Top of cabinets and picture frames dusted
- Every mirror in the home (entryway, bedroom, bath)
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Stairs vacuumed inch by inch with baseboards and spindles wiped (the catch-all for dust and pet hair)
