Every Clean and Dusted technician is a W-2 employee (not a contractor, temp worker, or referral-app worker), background-checked, uniformed, and covered under our $1 million liability insurance policy. We can add HOA boards or property managers as additional insured on request. Certificate of Insurance is available on request. You get the same tech every visit. If your regular tech is out, Sarah (the owner) notifies you in advance and either subs in herself or reschedules.

Our team uses hardwood-safe products on original floors (Bona, vinegar and water, or all-purpose, dry-mopped well), non-abrasive cleaners around plaster and detailed trim, Granite Gold on natural stone (marble, travertine), and a slower hand on built-ins and decorative finishes. If your home needs specific products, tell us during booking and we’ll bring them or use yours.

Do you handle pet hair, and can you bring fragrance-free or pet-safe options for Hyde Park homes?

Yes to both. Pet hair is part of every clean unless it’s excessive, and we use a pet roller on furniture when animals are present. (Litter box scooping is not offered.)
