About Clean and Dusted

Sarah Harris and the Clean and Dusted team

Our Story

Sarah Harris started Clean and Dusted in 2020 with a simple mission: help families take their lives back from the chore of cleaning, and create great jobs for our team while we do it. Today, we’re a team of 7 trained cleaning techs who have served over 1,000 customers across NKY, Cincinnati, and SE Indiana. Woman owned. Family operated. Treating every job like it matters, because it does.

We don’t do cookie cutter checklists. Every cleaning follows our top to bottom, left to right method, customized around your space, your schedule, and your priorities. Backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything is not right, we come back and fix it free of charge. And we will always show up when we say we will.

How We Show Up Every Visit

Six principles guide every Clean and Dusted visit. We respect every space we enter, treating your home or business with the same care we would our own. Our work is detail-driven, with no corners cut, every surface, every room, every visit. We deliver reliability in transition, whether you’re moving, finishing a renovation, or simply on a recurring schedule.

Trust is non-negotiable. Every team member is bonded, insured, and background-checked before they ever set foot in a customer’s home. We hold ourselves to excellence on every project and to efficiency that respects your time without sacrificing quality. Our techs are W2 employees, not contractors, and they wear uniforms so you always know who’s at the door.

These aren’t slogans on a wall. They’re how we work, every clean, every customer, every time. It’s why our customers stay with us for years, refer their neighbors, and welcome the same friendly faces back into their homes month after month.
